Raw Cacao (ka-kau, ka-kow) – These dried seeds from South America are from an evergreen tree. Cacao has long been enjoyed for its healthful ; and blissful properties in Mexican, Central and South American cultures. Our chocolate is made with select raw organic beans, and stone ground over 24 hours while carefully monitoring that the bean never heats over 118 degrees. This process assures that all the natural super food qualities that this “jem of the earth” stays intact and not de-natured. Compare our nutrition facts with other chocolate.

Coconut Palm Sugar – Coconut palm sugar is made from the sweet nectar of the coconut tree flower blossoms. Coconut palm sugar is pure and simple low-glycerin sweetener that provides the energy and mineral rich nutrition your body needs.

Vanilla – Derived from Mexican vanilla orchid pods, ours are ground fresh at low temperatures, producing a fine powder with a luscious aroma and incredible flavor. Spanish conquistador Hernan Cortes is credited with introducing both vanilla and chocolate to Europe in the 1520′s. Unlike other types of vanilla beans, the beans we use are not blanched in hot water to start the curing process.
